Why do you think this?

Well he is selling this account Here which is exactly 100% the same as Cookiez Vouch, now I looked through his vouches and posts, none confirm he sold the account to anyone.

My suspicion is that Ex is Cookiez, seeing as though he only posted, "nice account" on Cookiez Vouch's thread for the account before.
