Possible to reduce my Telus bill?

Trying to somehow switch plans from my current one which is:

However i'm actually getting charged over $100 a month because I get at least a $50 long distance bill just because I call home to my parents that live 4 hours away (i'm in university.) I'm getting fed up and just want to switch to something basic. All I want is unlimited texting, local calling (the fewer the minutes the better, I don't talk much) and long distance to parents that I won't get charged for.. What are my options?

Btw, I use www.mytelusmobility.com for my billing.

 

Has anyone ever changed their telus plan online? Will pay for help.
