Mr sly sy, counter scammer?

Is attempting to counter scam me. We went through one transaction where I bought a green phat off of him, and we vouched each other for it. I have a screenshot of his vouch, in case he decides to change it. I them sold a different char and came into new funds, and decided to buy a yellow off of him. We posted our agreement in his thread, and how we would work out the trade. He didnt want me to go first, so we agreed on half. We set up the trade, and documented with screenies, since we had both been scammed before. He put up the stuff, accepted, then declined. I have screen shots showing this. I took a screenshot of my inventory as well, in the exact same spot, showing that I had not recieved items. We talked more via MSN, and he accused me of scamming the stuff that he had not traded. After he logged off MSN, a diff character in runescape PMed me saying stuff like send the funds or ima get you banned noob. Sly didnt identify himself by name, but I highly doubt it was anyone else.
