    I was told: "P.S- Upon purchasing this account, I will switch the registered emails to your desired email, along with Recoveries, First password ever, and 4 previous ones. Creation date of exact month/year I created it, Internet provider, billing details (as far back as 2006), and billing zip code and email used in the process of being members at that time." then after buying the account I didn't get the information which I was promised, and with that being said if a mod could talk to him that'd be nice!
