Explanation of the trade: i put a 100M deposit down on top of a 50M buy in fee to be a worker for them
How they scammed: even though they knew i was working on my own even though they said it was fine as long as i told them, they banned me for doing my own services and "plagirism"

Also he will say i copy and pasted from their server but if you want to see i will show you the 1 page that looks similar and also compare every single other channel and i once he complained it looked the same i changed the page up a little bit. wont give me back the deposit also have proof that they broke their own TOS when they opened new channel saying that only the 2 of them were account creators and them asking workers to make them account builds and sell to them. if you need any more proof or screenshots i will find and post what i have but as far as their servers go i cant see anything seeing as i am banned.

 

EDIT: i also found MANY other runescape service servers that were almost identical to theirs

 

This user clearly copy and pasted our entire skilling channel and just undercut our rates to seem like he isn't plagiarizing. I just joined his server to see what else he copied and he instantly banned me. Obviously up to something fishy.

It clearly states in our ToS that he agreed to: - You must inform us if you work for yourself/another service provider outside of our discord. This is so we can adequately recruit the right amount of workers for each section.

This user decided to start up his own service discord and not notify us, which is a clear violation of our ToS and warrants and immediate termination and forfeit of their deposit.

and why should you be aloud to see my server if im completely blocked out of yours

 

Our ToS is clearly mentioning services, we don't mind if our workers have their own side business of account sales or in any other market. As soon as you started a service section in your discord you were in violation of our ToS.

Telling Johan you sell accounts has nothing to do with this.

 

@Viking if you also look through i got the date of when i started my server which was before i joined you. im new and i was working for you guys to make some extra cash i wasnt taking your customers or ANYTHING so why is it such a big deal to just give me my deposit back atleast? as johan said "I hope those 10 members can feed you" shows that you know i am not doing really any business

 

no its specifically mentions service provider or yourself. making people custom accounts is a service selling accounts is a service. where in your TOS does is say specifically what you consider to be services? @Viking

 

As is states in our ToS, we MUST be notified if you are doing services outside of our discord.

 

"Selling blast furnace accounts on sythe" does not equate to doing services.

 

this just shows to what kind of server/company you want to run.

 

selling an account can be considered a service so where in your tos does it exactly say what you consider services and not services?

you guys have over 1k members i have like 10 100m is nothing to you but it is everything to me and you are literally trying to keep it over something so stupid and so small

 

and on top of that if its not a service then why can people reserve them? why do i offer that?

Nobody is blocking out anybody. The bot that allows you to join the discord via the reaction button is down, as is most other discord bots.
