Can MM's be used for Western union?

i was talking to this guy about me selling him some gold and he said we couldnt use an MM for western union payments and that i would have to go first. to me that doesnt make sense because the only difference with using an MM is that i give the gold to the mm, he sends payment, i get payment and he gets the gold. he said something about him not being able to prove that i got the money, but how is using an MM any different than me going first, if we use an MM we're both safe instead of all the risk being on me. anyone know what he's talking about. he has a trade with caution so it seems kind of sketchy.

 

more then likely he is trying to scam you. a MM will always be the best thing to use. if he refuses a MM id just suggest you dont even bother trading with him.

edit: btw the twc and the not going first/no mm should have tipped you off

 

Middlepersons can be used for WU trades. They can use the online tracking to verify status of the payment.

It sounds like this person is trying to scam you.

yeah they sounded super sketchy, they were trying to get me to go first when they have a trade with caution, as far as i know theres no reason an mm cant be used for a western union trade.
