Possible scam attempt?

Sorry if this wastes anybodies time, but it seems as though this trusted user was trying to scam with the cover up of saying he has an imposter?

You be the judge.

In regards too:

Traders

So the suspicious thing to me,
is that earlier this morning he added me offering to sell me 400m gp,
and that was fine, so i requested he pm me on here.

Which he did, in the following screenie: (all screenshots are full size, so i havent added them to the thread BBcode, just left them as links)

then 5 mins later, he sent another pm saying:

Which made me check the skype i was talking to, only to realize it was probably an imposter,

But then i realize, if it was an imposter, how did he 'Traders' get the dialogue from my skype conversation with an imposter?

So when i bought this up to him, he deleted and blocked me.

Now, while he diddnt actually scam me, i believe it was his intention, and i believe somebody may not be as cautious as i am, and fall victim to him, to which he will most likely reply 'but you werent talking to traders.sythe'

Infract me if reporting a possible scammer isnt allowed, but just thought this was worth looking at.

Can providfe our entire skype dialogue if needed.

 

@playRegz it was most likely a "man in the middle" scam in which the impostor pretends to be you and make the real Traders PM you through Sythe. The Skype conversations should be different between the one you actually had and the one you were PM'd.

Just check the Skype IDs between the PM and the user you are talking to and you should be fine.
