Possible scam?

I traded a runescape account for a League of Legends account a couple days ago with usedthong (http://www.sythe.org/members/408560-usedthong.html) and I thought everything went alright.

I tried to log into league of legends and got the message that the account has been permbanned. I looked it up and the ban timer was associated with account security. Usedthong kept me added on skype until I asked him for details on the account so I can try to get the account unbanned. He didn't reply and removed me on skype.

I contacted riot support and haven't gotten a reply yet, will update when I do. I'm guessing he tried to recover the account and Riot locked it.

What does this e-mail say?

Please let me know the reason for banning.

Also, can you provide proof of attempting to contact the seller with no response, and him removing you from Skype?

I googled the ban time and got people saying that 2100 is account security.

I don't have a before and after of him removing me but when I sent the message on skype asking the information, the skype icon was red and now it's grey with a question mark which means he doesn't share information.

I also messaged him on sythe and have yet to get a reply on here either - http://gyazo.com/e1b53df9cb2ef29a4b34d611fb7093ee
