Firecapeforu scammed me/ my friend out of a Fire Cape!

He asked for the password, and then said he would do it the next day. He said to buy a Helm of Neitiznot, Black D'hide Body, 1K Diamond Bolts (e), Verac's skirt, etc. Stuff for the Fight Caves. My friend asked him how it was going, and he said good, just don't distract him anymore. He told my friend he was done, and my friend got on the account he was standing in Lumbridge. He went to the bank and sure enough- every valuable item he had was gone. And, my friend check his Ignore List and it said "Thank You for the stuff". Where people's name should be. Please ban him so he does not scam more people.

 

I could take an in game screen shot showing that he has no where near enough money to get a Fire Cape now, he fished all night and had almost 1m..and he had about 2.7m before this guy scammed him.
