Why can I not recover my main?

Hi I have been trying to recover my main, which I forgot the password to for 2 days now, I have pretty much every piece of info you could need, I got the recovs, old recovs, 1st password, 7 other old passwords, 5 transaction ids and 2 pbp pins, email security code + email used to purchase membership. The only thing I can't remember is the exact month I made the account, and I keep getting denied and it says the creation details you provided were not enough when I provided all of it except the month.

I have recovered accounts before with only the recoveries and an old password so if anyone could help me I'd highly appreciate it, have been playing this account since 2002 it is 138 with 12 99's (including runecrafting, crafting, slayer, summoning) 2150+ total and 620m+ cash and 3 easter eggs , it would suck if I can't get it back because if I don't im done with the game. Willing to pay if anyone can help me and I do get it back, this isn't normal.

 

I've heard you can tell them something to make them accept the appeal. Ask them to match the IPs. If they see it's the same, they should accept it.

 

Add the IP address the account was made on, that's a huge piece of the puzzle.

First always enter same stuff god made copy paste for a reson try saying stuff about ip and some blackmarks it may have or stuff like that only a person that made it is abel to know like total whealth total stats. I tried 10 days testing like 4 times each hour in 4 hours and after like the 110 trie it got accepted. Also trie each month 10 times if you know the year ''

 

Use IPs but from that look it should seem you could just recover with that info, hmm. :/

 

If you have to, if you payed via credit card you may be able to get customer support/billingsupport to help you out a bit, even if you used a phone number or something to subscribe, you could put that in the extra notes, i mean even if you bought pins from someone you can always say that your friends gave them to you, i'm not sure if thats still allowed but before they allowed it and just considered it a random gift. But since the cards they sell i'm not sure if its still allowed. Basically ANY info you have. If you give it to them then theirs one more piece to the puzzle that could help you get your account back. Old credit card confirmation codes or whatever.

 

add the ip of creation and date of creation into the extra info and you should get it.

Mail em and tell em what's going on. Although JaGex says that they do not help players with recoveries/appeals if you send your mail there, they do. Done it before.

If you send the appeal from the same IP the account was made with, chances of recovery will be higher.

 

send them a messegetelling them that you are the father of the accounts owner
and tell them to see the ip, tell the that it matches,
send an email to this:
[email protected]
im not shure this is the correct email

 

If you or someone adds additional information to what you have, such as if your not first owner, and someone adds creation date, then your information is practially useless because JAGEx WILL know the owner has this and this information so if you don't provide it, the appeal won't accept.

 

Add the original IP you created the account on and I can guarantee the appeal will get accepted.

 

I got it back, added the original IP and it worked like a charm, thanks alot guys.
