Scammed out of Runescape Pin! SKELE_MASTER

I was scammed out of a pin for runescape. I paid over paypal, He said that he couldn't get me a pin and offered me Runescape gold instead, I told him I didnt want runescape gold and only membership, I reported the service on paypal.
