    Removing recoveries
    Is there a foolproof way of removing them from your account completely at the moment?

    Just recover account much you can and maybe they remove it

    Superman said, you can either wait 2 weeks or you can get your account locked and then recover the locked account. Your recoveries/email will be reset.

    Removing recoveries
    My friend did it by recovering the account while saying that he did not recognize the recoveries set and then they were deleted :)

    Removing recoveries
    You have to get the account locked in order to remove them "immediately". You can do this by recovering the account multiple times from two different IP's

    Could also submit a "lock my account" form...
