Possible ban evader?

Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!: Larajr just joined this month and already seems to know everything about sythe. When I looked up larajr's ip audit, traphouse07 shows up and is banned.

traphouse07 was selling a very similar account that looks like an earlier version of it: http://www.sythe.org/runescape-2007...id-176qp-torso-firecape-bgloves-veng-etc.html

this thread shows traphouse07 sold the account, but then in the comments someone said he recovered it: http://www.sythe.org/runescape-2007...-fcape-torso-lunar-dt-more-07gp-wu-pa-pp.html

It seems really fishy because the accounts are almost identical
