Other Information:
I own the RSPS Zarpor where tim and lotus co-owned it by tim running the paypal for all of the zarpor funding to pay for the dedicated server, advertising and other expenses. I hadn't ran it myself because I'm 15 and cannot legally own a paypal account. Anyways, I hadn't been able to contact them much for a month as they had been away until we recently experienced a ddos attack. During the attack I contacted them telling them we needed to switch to a new host that offered ddos protection in which they failed to respond. We experienced 5 days of downtime and when I finally get ahold of them somehow all of the funding was gone. Last I knew there was $500 in transfer to the account from onebip and approximately another $500 in the paypal account. Not to mention the several hundred millions of runescape gold saved from rsgp donations on the game. They claimed the paypal account became limited due to a few chargebacks and refused to do anything to put the server online. (Host suspended us do to the attacks) Thankfully I went to Sanctuary who I started this server with nearly a year ago in which he offered enough money to put us back online and to handle the funding with his paypal account.

Additional Info: If you would like to see some of the emails between me and lotus/tim just ask and I'd be more then happy to supply them.

 

Please post all the proof you have.

According to my staff the IP of tim when he was online ruining the economy matched his.

 

Since all that I've received is via PM has been 'Oh, you'll have to talk to so and so about that, I can't help' yet they've provided pics to you about things i asked for (Lym said she couldnt get pics for me of her paypal yet clearly has provided you one here).

Considering the nature of the bans and the amount that has been stolen, Both are banned since they are essentially a partnership. Im not bothering with PMing them first because they dont bother explaining, they can do that in their disputes.
