Possibility of Being Hacked via VPS?

So I'm interested in buying a VPS sometime soon, but I was wondering whether it would be possible/plausible/likely to be hacked by a VPS provider, say SeerHost or PhotonVPS, as they know that there may be thousands of dollars worth of virtual goods just a login and password away.

Possible? Yeah they own them. Would they hack you for your RS gold? I don't think so. You run a greater risk if someone else sets up your bot client/vps though.

As long as you don't use a rando no name VPS, you should be fine with the reputable VPS's.
