Pori has scammed me

I have been scammed by pori. I sold him 1.5m Osscape Bm in exchange for $22.5 usd through paypal, I went first due to the fact he has more vouches than I do and has been a member of these forums way longer than I have. After trading he immediately went afk and after much pestering he finally responded saying he was having issues with paypal and his bank and he would send me the money the next day. Today I msged him on sythe and he stated he would refund if he could not fix the issues and after that has not answered any of my msgs.

Could you show where he PM'd you on sythe confirming his skype? Or if he has his skype anywhere/can you confirm thats his sythe account.
