This is second appeal , first one... well you answered like steam support , nothing concrete.

Brief summary:

So me , guy with 20+ positive vouches (have more but in very begining i didn't care about that vouches too much) , and 0 negative vouches in more than 1.5 years.

And than i make vouch for friend which i know for more than 4 years.
Yes i traded with him in past.
I didn't even know that stuff he sell is not allowed here. Like i said i know him over 4 years and i know he is good guy and good trader.

One more thing , ban reason "Black Hat Activites" - so if i vouch for someone im "black hat dude" ?

Seems like you will have to ban every member who posted in vouches subforums...

This time i want concrete answer , simple : "No you stay banned" or "Unbanned".

I don't think he should be banned because he vouched for someone who was selling black hat stuff.

 

He was banned because his vouch was an admission that he bought the black hat stuff that was being sold. At least that's how I see it

 

I am going to lift this ban and hit you with a nice shiny 90 day TWC.
