Kadabra's ban

i never scammed him or recovered the account I got accused because I had more then one account with similar stats he's not banned to this day don't u think if I were to scam him he would have reported me or atleast accused me it was someone else reporting me that "assumed" it was the same account

 

All I did for a while was either buy decent accounts at a good price from people extremely trusted like won and a couple others (as you could see in jmitch1992's vouches or create one of my own on a vps and either hire cheap skillers or get free skilling in exchange for a vouch. The 2 accounts that were thought to be the same where I paid someone for most of my skilling at a good rate on both accounts others I did my self and then did all of rfd for barrows gloves and leveled up my defense that way and did nmz for the rest of the skills so ofcourse they had similar stats One was sold back with jmitch1992 and I guess I attempted to sell the other one and I never got the chance to allthough it is sold now was sold back in like April or may via Kadabra's I can ask the person if I could refund them for the account and get the account back but that is all I can think of idt I should refund him plus let him keep it. Just let me know
