    Polyphasic Sleeping Discussion

For those of you who don't know what polyphasic sleeping is, well instead of forcing you to search it up, I will tell you what it is. Basically it is being able to change your natural sleeping patterns of several hours a day, to essentially 30 minute "naps"- yet still maintaining full alertness and cognitive function.

    Question, present ideas, agree/disagree, discuss.

    I don't think I quite understand...

This is what I think your saying, correct me if I am wrong. 6 Hours of straight sleep is equivalent to twelve 30 minute naps spread out throughout a day?

I certainly don't suffer from this, I'm tired about 18 hours a day.

Well this was posted in the INTELLIGENT CONVERSATIONS section for a reason- so please don't source back to Seinfeld- I've never seen it before.

As for honeo, not exactly. It means just one or two 45 minutes sessions, for the whole day. Minimizing your sleep time from 6 hours- to a mere 45 minutes. This can be done by forcing oneself to achieve the REM(rapid eye movement) state early, therefore still achieving full energy and concentration.
