Consistency

Hey, just a quick little thing I want to throw out there. If you're using the 12 hour format, I think the format should be forumwide. One area I notice being interchanged with the 24 hour format is deleted posts, like this picture:



I have no problem with the 24 hour format, I actually like using it sometimes. But I feel the forum should be consistent with the user's choices.

tl;dr - if 12 hr format is selected, display 12 hr format forumwide, and not interchanged between 12 and 24 hr format.

 

Deleted posts only appear in DL, SF and SB anyways, but I guess it makes sense.
