Banned by FireZ without sufficient proove and not guilty

Hey, I'm Elfypie and I've been quite new to Sythe. I joined in november and I have made quite a number of trades with various people and got scammed a lot too. That's not the case though because after all that stuff, I met this guy got offered to sell me 100M for $50 and I agreed. I got a lot of problems after that because he scammed me then he returned the money from this another paypal but that paypal got limited so the money has been held since. I rang paypal many times to aort this out leaving me with like $220 phone bill >.<.
So since it's Christmas holidays and stuff, I decided to stay away from whole online stuff. I just got back today and came on sythe to find my account banned for charge back by FireZ without full prove from the reporter. He claimed that I charged back but I haven't at all.

And FireZ doesn't even think twice about banning me and his reason was..
"this isnt the firs paypal mishap he has had lately" and banned me just like that without any full prove. I have FireZ added on msn and everytime I've tried to talk to him, I never once got a reply back. How can he be a mod if he's doesn't give a crap about others. The only thing he can do is ban and lock threads.

I do feel quite let down by all this and I wouldn't do such thing like this.
