PokerMan4824. Possible TWC for me?

Basically, the story is we agreed on a payment for a $25 game stop gift card and a $25 target gift card, both for $25 total. We talked on Msn for a total price and such for the BOTH together. He ended up giving me a faulty gamestop code. I checked the target one and it still worked. I then decided after he gave me the codes and such that I didn't want the target one without the gamestop one as well. I told him, until you get the gamestop one working I don't want either. I couldn't get the target one to work right, but still ended up deciding I didn't want it without the gamestop one too. We first agreed on both which was the whole deal made anyways.. I don't know if I deserve a twc or not. He blocked me on msn after I told him I don't want it til he gets the game stop one working and said I'd get a twc. I asked Plznate about it, and he said to make this thread. The payment method was to be to a guy's paypal who will give him pokestars money for the money I gave him. I just want advice really. If I deserve a TWC, which I don't think I do, I will do what ever needed to do get rid of it. Nate said, I might have to give him $12.50 for the target one anyways. I'm okay with doing that as long as I get the card as well, since there was no actual scamming involved. I've got 70+ Vouches and never been stuck in a situation like this before, and I don't know how I even got into it. I personally think that I don't deserve a twc, because the original agreement was on two gift cards. He gave me both of the codes at once, so the codes were given on a different agreement. I just want to do what ever is needed. A twc would kill my rep, and be very hard to work into the market section.

Considering he was not even the original owner of the codes, and I myself have had 0 issues dealing with you in other high value trades, and you seeking advice beforehand, I am inclined to believe you. However since he has given you the codes (even though one of them didnt work), I would say you are obligated to pay half the agreed price for the working one.

Any second opinions?

 

As he admits the gamer code was invalid, but target works, just pay him the half for the target code and call it a day. Thanks.
