Hey guys, my name is Roy and this is a guide on how to get your Paypal un-limited. Please note that this doesn't involve any illegal methods or software. It's basically a step to step guide on getting it un-limited by the rules.

1. Go to www.PayPal.com and enter your credentials.

2. Upon logging in, select the "Resolution Center" hyperlink.

3. It should re-direct you to the Resolution Center and there should be a list of things/information you need to supply.

4. Your requirements may vary from mine but basically you have to submit the information they ask you. I'll start with the Bank Account. Press the Resolve button under "Confirm your bank account". Submit the information of your bank account.

5. Finish through above (if you need a bank account, please refer to my guide on setting up a NetSpend bank account. PRESS HERE TO BE REDIRECTED). Now let's move on to "Confirm you location". Press the resolve key and it should take you to a screen where you have a choice of 2 options.

Option 1 (Via Credit Card):



Basically fill out the credit card form.

Option 2 (Upload files):



You need solid evidence to show that you currently reside in the address you provided upon signing up. This is a hassle and I recommend option 1 over this.

Once you complete that step, you should get a window something like this:



Hit continue and we'll move on.

7. Once you're done with that step, let's move onto "Provide Proof of Delivery". Hit the resolve button under that requirement and you need to fill out that forum:



If you are a intangible goods trader, it is nearly impossible to get this passed because you don't really have a tracking number for it =@. Press continue when done.

8. Now let's move onto "Provide Invoices". Invoices are just generally bills to your customers/organizations.

You should get to the page where the required invoices are listed:



Hit continue and it should take you to this page:



You can probably make your own invoices but generally it's just a bill.

9. Upon completion of the requirements, your PayPal will be sent in for un-limitation.



10. If accepted, you PayPal should be back to normal ^_^

Yes it is all true.

You are allowed to make withdrawals to your bank account OR request a check

I'm not sure when the exact date is but I remember it was 3-6 months >_<

 

Nice guide, ok this is my problem, i did all this stuff exept showing proof of my adress ; why? cause i gave a fake one cause didn't really like the fact ppl i don't know know my adress.. anyway do u know a way how to solve this?
i already changed my adress to real one but it's still asking for proof of my old one

 

You actually need proof of your old address >_>

I don't really think there's anything that can be done for a made-up address :embar:

Answer to cashing out.

OT: My question is my paypal is limited because some faggot did a charge back and I had no money on my paypal. It says the only way to unlimit it is to refund him. Any fixes?

 

Well I believe you should call PayPal and ask for their assistance.

 

I had an account limited because I was not 18 at the time and they said I needed to wait 180 days (6 months) to be able to get my cash, and about after 4 months I was able to withdraw my funds to my bank like normal but my account was still limited.
