    well im wanting to sell my account on rs and I am new to selling\buying so I was wondering what do I need to do to make my account sellable where people will want to buy it [ remove recoveries etc. what information to have] and how to go about removing stuff like recoveries and email

    You just change the email to the buyer's. The only way to recover now is by email, or by contacting them manually with lots of personal info.

    ok so any recovery information is obsolete and no longer required? and are there any scams I should be aware of as an account seller?

    Make sure to disable JAG also if you have one set.

    Just remember Paypal payments can always be chargedback and use a MiddleMan until you're comfortable using the market.
