My Problem with Diablo 2. And i need help.

Well, apparently, my cd key has been banned.
I don't see how that's even possible considering i've never opened my Diablo 2
disk case until now. Nor have i used it obviously.
I think it's got to do with all of these CD key generators.
Anyways, there's really nothing i can do now..
i contacted customer support and all they told me was
that it may have been a factory problem.
If anyone could help me, or maybe even have a cd key i can use,
i have Diablo 2 and LOD. I would be grateful.
I remember playing as a child, and i loved this game.
I would just buy a new one but, I don't want the same outcome.

Note: I have found various cd keys online but, none of them are authentic to
Battle.net. :[
