    Dang =L Luckily I have a shop about a mile away that has 4 (guessing a beta tester lives nearby). Makes it easy to hatch eggs walking back and forth :p

    Considering I have only seen 2 of these pokemon so far and I hatched one of them, I don't know if this is a good thing or a bad thing.

    pokeman go is the best in my area
    there is currently an option on the pokemon go website to submit that issue and ask for pokestops/ less common pokemon. They are working on fixing that. I was at the seaside in my country and it was the same thing, atm its based on how Ingress and 4g usage(the amount of pokemon/pokestops) many ppl go to the mall or crowded streets to find best xp/hr
