TWC request for user YoungCash

User PMed me showing an interest in an account I am selling, and told me to add them on Skype. I added them, and we got to talking, the user asks if I am willing to deal through a Voice Call and I tell him it's better if we do it through chat, that way there are logs of what is being said. User refused and is now flaming me on Skype, spewing hateful comments such as; "autistic idiot".

Requesting a TWC to be applied to this user, as they do not seem to want chat logs to exist for any trade that has been made. This seems the likes that of a scammer.

Completely randomly, I also found out that the user has another Sythe account, under a different IP. The skype the user has supplied me with also exists on another forum called Powerbot, and has been accused of scamming there.

The creator of the thread claims they were scammed by a user named JBiscuitSwag on Skype, who told them they were from Sythe, and that they are likely to post that persons account for sale there.

Keep in mind that this happened recently, back in May of 2015. I have no idea why the user has created another Sythe profile, but I'd like to find out.
