Damn son, i had a similar one yesterday when i was cycling. I always had these immense stomach ache problems ( worsen when strong winds blow against me ). I was about 10min away from my house on bike and i felt as though my shit was gonna come out. I immediately rushed back home at like full speed ( though it made it worse due to the stronger win ) and almost shat on my pants at the doorsteep...

Lucky for me i managed to rush in the toliet fast enough if not i would have ended up something similar as u!
