What scene do you support, how active are you in it, and why?

I'm a huge supporter of my local New Jersey ska and punk scene. When I see a show coming up I change my status on facebook to "Ethan is considering seeing *place band's name here*. Who's down?"I get 10 different comments within 30 seconds saying things like "I'm down"

I keep a show calendar with all of the local shows and try to hit them up as often as possible. The money I gain from sythe also helps my scene. Tickets aren't usually expensive but when some bigger bands come around, they hike up the prices.

They usually nail you on the water at 3 bucks+ a pop.

After spending hours and hours skanking it up and moshing in pits, a banana has to drink water to stay alive.

Yes, I take my banana suit to shows. Why? It attracts girls and allows me to crowdsurf easily.
