Voda is suspected to have the account ($170 prayer pure with 165M) at the moment. We are trying to sort out the situation.

 

Gregislacrosse can confirm that I am trying to get this worked out with someone right now.

 

I can confirm this, there is a lot involved here and from the proof I have been presented this would not put the blame on nate, let more research me done before a decision can be made.

OKAY, here it is.

NATE bought the account from Voda, and sold it to me for $170. He was trying to clear up the matter of Voda recovering the account, but 2 days ago he told me he was PMing Voda and he would update me the next day, because he went to bed. He did not contact me the next day, so i got suspicious, as a normal person would. So I decided to wait until today. I put this thread up, because he did not log on MSN until now.

When the account got recovered, I tried to take it back using the acc details Nate gave me, but they were incorrect, and I was never able to recover. Thats the original reason I made this thread. I have proof of him giving me incorrect info, but it was Voda (supposedly) who recovered the account and gave NATE the incorrect info, and now Nate is upset because I made a RaS on him.

Help please.

 

Not upset really, just a bit unprofessional when I tell you that I am in the process of trying to get it resolved and you go and act like a tool by making a report on it. Considering I have no loss either way, and I am not to blame, you should try being a bit more grateful that I am going out of my way to help you...

Alright, those were the PMs sent to me by Voda. Voda and I swapped accounts. I traded him a near maxed main for his prayer pure, found in this thread.

He said that HE WAS THE ORIGINAL OWNER, this proof has been verified by Karl, and is being uploaded by him in a video now. For any other sectionals or globals who would like to verify as well, feel free to PM me for a TV session.

Obviously the account is one and the same. I am sure PMing the other owner of the account would verify its login name to be the same account that Voda sold me, which is the first instance of deception on Voda's part.

A week after I acquired the account from Voda, I sold it to Polar. I told him explicitly that I was not the original owner, and that Voda was the previous owner of the account. I told him he was a guru and that he was a buddy of mine (which he was, we found ourselves on amiable terms prior to this trade). Polar also agreed to not hold me responsible for the account after I sold it to him, verified by this picture.

As you can see, he understood that I was not the original owner, and would not be held responsible.

2 days after i sold him the account, Polar complained that the account was recovered and blamed me. Obviously I was skeptical. I still dont know if the account has in fact been recovered, because there is no way to prove that. However, he and I both have since attempted to test recover the account with the information provided by Voda. That informatio was 100% FALSE, it failed every category. Please glance up at the PMs exchanged between Voda and myself, his argument as to why it failed every category is because Polar added a new email and recovs to it. Spare me; any MM who has ever done test recoveries will know that changing email and recovs will not make a test recovery fail all the other aspects (ISP, creation date, previous PWs, etc). This is instance number 2 of Voda's deception, because he claims that he has recovered the account 3 times previously using that same information, which cannot be true. Polar can confirm that the recovery failed every single piece of information as well, additionally Karl has verified the info Voda gave me, if a mod wishes to input that info they will verify the info is 100% false as well.

Lastly, if Voda has been able to recover the account before three times, yet it failed for him this time, I call bullshit. if you can recover an account with that information before, then at least some of the info which cannot be changed will still be successful, which was the not case. Although I cannot prove Voda scammed the account back, he has lied about everything else (which those examples alone should warrant a ban), and I dont see it as a huge leap that he recovered the account after he saw that I had sold it.

THis also ties into the third case in which Voda lied about the account info. Karl has verified he told me he was the original owner, so he lied about that. The information Voda provided was 100% a lie, and lastly Voda claimed that he purchased the account from a "friend", however I see now interaction between the 40 post count person that bought this account from and Voda, outside of their trade.

As such, here is what makes sense to me. As I disclosed all information about the account to Polar, including not being the original owner as well as had him agree to not hold me liable, I deem it fair that Voda repay Polar, since I would not have done the trade with Voda if he had not lied about everything. Since Voda lied about everything in the trade, if he does repay back, then I would not seek to get him banned as he has essentially redeemed himself of his dishonesty regarding the account.

If however I am deemed to be held liable for repaying Polar, even though I could not have recovered the account myself AND he confirmed that I would not be held liable, then I seek to get Voda banned for scamming, as well as lying about his account information in order to secure a trade. I have seen other members banned for providing false info, as well as lying about being the original owner, and he has done both, which warrants a ban. Additionally note how aggressive he was in the PMs, I imagine he did not think that I had the proof that I have, and expected me to just drop it thinking I would not be able to build a case against him. I will wait for the guidance of a few mods to determine the course of action. This concludes my report. Thanks

 

Getting Voda banned doesn't help me.

The fact is... I bought that account for $170 off of you. I had access for a few hours before it was recovered, whoever did it. I was happy that I still had the account details... They were wrong. So now what? I spent $170 for nothing? This was my first big trade.

I'm not blaming you Nate. It's just that I am very very upset that it got recovered in the first place. Not your fault, I know, but shouldn't you at least have checked the details to see if they worked? And BTW, I only bought it because you said you trusted Voda, and that he was a friend of yours, and I trusted you.

Nate... If you really want to help me, then please give me a refund or an equivalent account.

 

I said it was from a fairly trusted member. I called him a buddy, cause he was. However he lied to me about being the original owner, and he provided me false information. I made it very clear to you that I was not the original owner and that I would not be responsible if something happened to it, but that I WOULD attempt to help you fix the issue, which I am doing. Give it a rest until I am done dealing with Voda kid. And If you expect a refund from me when you clearly agreed to that I wont be held liable, then I will expect one from Voda, yet sadly it doesnt work like that when you trade accounts.

I don't think Voda was the original owner of the account. But then again, I do not know for sure.

I know this polar, as i told you before you so rudely jumped the gun and made a report on me, I am in the process of gathering enough info to get him banned.

Nate... I never knew you actually did try to defend me. Just saw the convo a few mins ago. I'm sorry, just forgive me for gods sake. I'm not accusing you. I made a mistake. We all do it.

It's just that it was my first big buy and even when I was buying the account I was nervous. My emotions were accelerated by the size of the matter. Sorry Nate. Verry sorry.

 

Accepted, no harm done. I just dont take kindly to when people attempt to dampen the reputation that I have put time and effort into building. I AM working on this however, and it WILL be solved shortly. I have to run out now, but ill be in contact with FireZ or any other sectional who has TV to finish my report on Voda. Thanks guys

Fire, Voda just talked to me on MSN asking the email adress that i set after i bought the account. I did not tell him, because he had already scammed once, so I do not know what he had in mind.

He claimed that he wanted to help 'recover' it. And when I told him that he hacked it, he just ignored me, and said he is going to screenshot our convo and report me to you for not giving him my E-Mail adress?

As of now, me or plznate do not have the correct account info, and if we had it, then we would have already recovered it. It all boils down to Voda now :/

Please see post 6 for my report on Voda as well as the explanation for this trade. As you can see I attempted to contact Voda already and he said he tried to recover the account twice for me and it failed. If he is now able to "magically" recover it, then he is a full of shit scammer, since the info he gave me failed for both me and polar, and he claimed to have tried to help me recover it.

Karl should be uploading a video proof if anyone needs to see where Voda lies, as well as try to recover the account using the info Voda provided, which will be 100% false in every category.

 

Using Teamviewer, i've seen and will confirm that;
A.)Plznate was talking to [email protected], Voda's MSN.
B.)Plznate does ask if he was the original Owner, to which Voda says Yes.
C.)He supplied the Recovery information which is Bogus.
