plz i need help with donloading scar!

im new to scar as of yesterday but i no wat scar is and does so im not a total newb.....

but when i download it, it dowloads fine but when i go to open it it says: access violation at address OO494DC in module 'SCAR.EXE'. Read of address FFFFFFFF.

then i hit okay and it says: Failed to create key options

then i hit okay and it says the access violation thing and ill hit okay and it keeps coming up and then scar loads and that keeps poping up and it does nothing from there

 

Strange, are you on an administrator on your computer? Try downloading Scar again.

k plz somone help me its just not working ive tried downloading it like 5 times and the same thing keeps coming up....... :[.................

 

I cant download 3.11 either im having same problem as you
