Attempting to Return Account to user Ronbeno

Hi there members/staff. Just wanted to see if I could get a helping hand returning the account that was mentioned here: http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1748477-account-i-bought-ziggily.html.

I currently do not have full desktop access so I cannot access the game to confirm the trade was successful. I am willing to give the information to the staff member that assists us so they can verify access and I will help in any way to possible to get it back to the RonBeno.
