Explain the service:

I paid him a OPskins card ($25 USD), so that he could train my Runescape dungeoneering level from 70 to 90. I gave him two weeks to do it. He played for one day(I'm assuming not even an hour, given the lack of progress.), and a day later, he told me he was banned from Sythe, but will be re-instated soon. I have not heard from him, since then. I have tried talking to him numerous times; however, he has not replied and continues to ignore me, even if he did not block me.
