    Before i start i know staff are going to say this probably doesn't warrant a twc but in 90% of the people i report to twc they end up scamming hours/days after i post so please consider this thoroughly.
    I will follow this user and hope i dont see him banned in a few hours/days. Sorry if i seem to be accusing but this has happened many times before and could have been avoided.

    can you also check to see if he is the below user:

    Explanation of the trade: wanting to pay with paypal only and would not consider buying os gp to then pay for services ( obv to charge back in the future)

    I don't think this is grounds enough for a TWC as shops tend to have fees/extra costs. Just deny service if you're uncomfortable. :)
