Live once scammed me

hi all, i paid 20m for 64-80 range, and 70-75 mage.

We agreed on 15m, but then we agreed if he could do it by tonight i would give him 30m. (20m at the start, 10m after)

He took the 20m (as showed by text in the skype message - he comferms it)
He says hes going to start and 20 minutes later, i log onto my account to see if hes started and im in lummy, with no items and lowered stats.
I asked him about it and he states he never logged on, and he ''wasnt even home.''
He keeps denying it until i told him i have proof as i logged on with another account and watched him (i didnt, but i wanted to bluff it, to get a confession) to which he then logged out of skype and didnt reply.
