Please verify this Runescape instant messenger

I found a runescape instant messenger program on piratebay I don't know if it is real or not but here is the link. Post what you think and if it is real deal.

they claim it is a destop application that allows you to chat with people in the game.

Its fake.. if you look somewhere in the middle it says this "USE THIS PROGRAM AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!" so they can't get into any trouble if your computer gets messed up.

i think they put that because it violates runescapes term of service, i downloaded it and it was clean.
