Well I have just sitting here considering everything in this situation.

I have only vouched for Tengauge12 when he has MM'd for me all vouches were from business, And I'm pretty sure there is proof for all of those vouches cause usually he posts pictures for the trades in his MM thread.

Sin666 You said that it's breaking a rule to vouch for a IRL acquaintances. I would understand if they just simply "Vouch for this person" Just a random vouch Yes I know them or what not.

I am not trying to say It's justified to break a rule. Nor am I saying that I should go without punishment from that rule. BUT I haven't seen that rule. I have searched rules on vouching, as well as the sythe rules but I do not see that your not allowed to vouch for IRL Acquaintances.

As for that runescape account that is involved in this situation. I mean I have gone back and forth in my head about this. The conversation in which he said he doesn't have archive of because he was on a different name, I ASKED Him several times to give me the information back and I would HELP Him recover it, If it was really missing. And all he did was flame me and constantly say "Fuck it I just want my money back" I do not want to repeat myself from my other thread. But simply after that he doesn't want to give me all the information to help him if he was stolen.

I simply believe that he is full of shit. I mean there is NO Proof that the account was stolen, There is No Proof that I recovered it, and There is no Proof that he does NOT have the account. The only proof about the account he said is gone, Is a recovery and a deny. He said he let a mod put in the recovery well I find it YEA It probably will come up denied since I gave him the new information and him only denying it.

With him actually having the CC type, 1 previous pin, the STARTING ISP and the month ( I gave him the extra information) compared to only having the YEAR and no cc type/previous pin or the actual starting isp I am sure he can recover it with ALL of that extra information.

My arguments:

If I am banned for vouching for IRL Acquaintances then I feel that some course of action should have been taken, But I do not feel as a permanent ban should have been put on me maybe an infraction or something along those lines.

If I am banned for the runescape account, I do not feel that I should have on that either because of insignificant proof of him claiming he lost the account, Or him not even having in his possession. I HONESTLY Feel that way, I know NOBODY else besides him had the extra information.

About Tengauge12 being my cousin, I never hid that from him. I have used him several times to do trades with that never was a problem before. I never deceived Regulation. After seeing this situation now, Yes I do see that it is very important to start mentioning that when I referr him as the MM to my trade.

Looking at it, I feel that should be a common curtsy. But I never lied to him or anything. But if I must I feel that I should only be given an infraction for that. And maybe that should be put in the rules.
