I got an infraction for spamming?

Well basically, LegitAccountSeller sold me a range tank, it had nothing on it, so i put 2m on it and trained it's range from 86 to 88 maually. After about a week he stole it back and it left me with no evidence of the situation.
Now i know i don't have any evidence to prove it, but honestly, check all the stores he's made, there are numerous reports of him scamming, and i even know the name of his ranger.. it's "i r 0 n pwnz". All he does is scam people then report their posts when they say he's a scammer.

Plus, it was one post, many people spam the forums for post count, i was merely trying to help the community by telling people he scams, isn't it amazing how he still has 3 accounts with exactly the same description as when he first opened his first shop? He steals them back! I swear on my mothers life he did, i'm an honest person, no reason to lie on my behalf really.
