    Denied on grounds of poor character. If you'd chosen to appeal respectfully and politely in your numerous appeals, I may have looked upon this differently. However, given your temperament and way you've went about disputing, you aren't getting another chance. Moreover, the chance of you getting the same IP as a prominent, banned member is very, very slim.
