    Hi there, a question. If i sell a 07 account which I'm not the original owner of. And i write in my T.O.S i'm not original owner, am i still held responsible?

    Yes you are. It doesn't matter if you state in your T.O.S that you're not the original owner. If the account gets recovered you are still liable.

    You'll then have to payback the user and post a dispute in order to get unbanned. If that is denied you'll have to request a high pardon. So it comes down to how much you trust the person who sold it to you.

    Yeah, if you decide to sell account and it gets recovered you're held responsible. Same thing to locking account, if it gets locked you're supposed to unlock it, It's your business how, if you menage to do it yourself (~1% chance) or contact original owner to do it for you.
