New, need help with stats for Ranged tank.

I used to play a lot of Rs when I was younger. I wasn't very good. What are the stats for a Ranged tank?
I already got 30 str and 30 attack if that doesn't mess it up.(The str part)

 

you really wanted to get those two after you had a decent range and defence level you might be a little higher level now, but.

something like 70 attack and str with 99 defence and range

Why would it matter what levels I get first?

 

an idea range tank

40 att/str (so you can use rune to train defence)
70 defence (for karils)
80+ range
94 magic
uhmmm and max prayer for high range pray
