PLEASE HELP MSN Not working!

I'm having problems with my msn. I just unplugged my vid card and replugged it back in, had some problems wouldnt boot, uplugged and redid, finally got it to work lol, now my msn keeps giving me this error, I have done everything this site told me to but still it failed. I reset my date. just not working :S Just gives me the error can someone please help?

I'm unsure why you unplugged your video card.

Try disabling your software firewall and your router firewall and see if one of those is the issue. More than likely you may need to choose an alternate proxy setting if you have this enabled, or just port forward MSN (this is rare though).
