please help me :(

hi, i really need help.

so today i decided to clean my computer , i opent the box and cleaned it up with a vaccuum to remove the excess dust and then i turned it on and heard a weird fan noise so i re-opened it up to check which fan was the problem, to find out that i put my finger in the middle of the fan (where the sticker is) to make it stop, did this with each fan i was seeing, turned out it was the fan in the power supply (im assuming since i didnt touch inside the power supply)

now heres where my problem starts : i restart my PC and now neither my monitor / mouse / keyboard is working, i cant do anything (im posting this with my laptop) i would really like if any of you guys had any ideas of what happenned / what i could do? please dont tell me i have to buy a new desktop
