please help me rs wont run

MY COMPUTER IS FINE AND MY INTERNET CONNECTION IS GREAT!


For like 5 weeks runescape would not run, i've tried everything from re installing java to deleting jagex cache, nothing worked, please help me its really annoying my member is running out. i dont know what else to tell you, its just wont run it takes years to load literaly its so slow!! ill post a video soon on what it is please help me! its slow!!

 

Try installing java JDK 6 update 11.

Instal the newest, best flash player.

if all else fails, get a new computer.

 

ok reinstall windows if everything i updated or maybee its your browser?

 

i would get a new computer if i had money to spend, and i cannot reformat windows because i dont have a cd.

 

You could do a backup by chosing a date that Runescape was working.

 

unfortunatly i cannot because tune up deleted all my backups. that was the first thing i was going to do

 

What browser are you using?

The same thing happened to me a couple of years ago. For some reason, Internet Explorer wouldn't play rs, but if I used Firefox, it worked fine. After about a month, Internet Explorer started working again.

could it be that its blocked by something? like my parents blocked runescape on the computer, but i hacked through the antivirus hehehe
check your antivirus and tools{internet options

 

If you have session account, save all ur files on a USB stick then create new session and then delete the other with all the files + go on file named ''Users'' and delete the folder named as your old session was.

Might be good, it works for me whenever I got a problem.
