Best item to alch and make profit

Hi!
I'm just wondering what can you alch and get profit?
Ooh and count the nature rune costs too.
I heard of yew longs but you don't get any profit if you BUY the nats...
Is there any item you can get profit even if you but the natures ?

Runecraft nats then alch yew longs. Problem solved.

 

For profit you need to do some work, but if you want to alch and lose little money, i suggest green d hide bodies. I lost 100k per 1k alchs (not bad AT ALL)

 

Well what if i can't runecraft them...
i need an item you can get profit with the cost of nats...

If you cant rc, look at the worlds for nat running and take ess and ask for assistance, not that hard.

Yes it's not hard but i need to know a way to get profit with the cost of buying nats...

I'll try the green bodys, as i'm not member now.. (but i will be in few days)

 

Buy bow strings and Yew longbow (u)'s, put them together, and then alch.
