I was just wondering but if your buying something are you allowed to use a OMM and send them money through mail and once they receive it they would take the account of the seller and then send them the money? are you allowed to do this? Cause everyone i wanted to buy an account of said you cant?

Yes, use an OMM. They know what they are doing.
