Please exact justice on Rikku

I posted this old thread back a few months ago about Rikku scamming me for $105: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=995516

He was temp banned but now is unbanned.

I dont know why he is unbanned but he scammed me for real.

I do not want what happened to me happen to anyone else.

He is now selling the account he recovered from me -- if that isn't enough evidence then I don't know what is.

the account is not lvl 121 as he states -- it is actually lvl 130

Mods please ban him. 90% of the ppl on this site are scammers (this is from past experiences -- and I have had many) and I don't want ppl getting screwed over.
