Ok guys so I got scammed $100 by a user named "Flinky1", and i would like to charge it back on paypal if possible. I paid using a credit card and sent it as a gift with no note attached so I know its possible. Any help would be great

My paypal I recently created is now limited, I will pay someone to help me verify it/take the limit off

Did they give you a reason for limited? If you attach a credit card or bank account that will most likely get rid of the limit.

Maybe tell paypal your credit card was stolen at the time?

I believe you will find out how under merchant tools or something in your paypal account. Not positive though.
