Nick - An old veteran, unfairly banned.

Yes, nick, the old moderator of sythe.org. Most of the veterans should remember him, he was at RuneCMS, and I do remember him a bit along time ago in the year 05' ( I was at fagex then). He supposedly scammed 6m over 2 years ago. Also, he DID indeed steal paypal accounts, but not for scamming purposes. Merely fun. None of this was done on Sythe.org, so no harm was committed.

Personally, I have dealt trades with Nick, and from my point of view, he can't be more trusted than he already is. Anyways, I barely remember the proof, since I was at Fagex at the time.. The proofs were hardly a bannable offense. He was banned in around 2005.

Nick has completed many, and I'll put emphasis on many. Why would he some day, just go and choose that specific person to scam? It's just plain idiotic. He recently just unbanned a RuneScape account for 2 1/2 years ago. Nick has plenty, he doesn't need to scam a mere 6million gold pieces.

Nick was a trusted member of Sythe.org, and he really wants to be part of the community again. Please, moderators consider him coming back to the Sythe.org community.

You're saying the world 'newb' offends you. Even jagex's rule states, don't report the world 'noob', it's a commonly used word. I do indeed guarantee you flame and insult more members than me.

But, I don't care. It wasn't near a derogatory comments. This is dispute is mainly about my good ol' friend nick.

Firstly, it was the 'fuck off' I was concerned with. Secondly, if you want this dispute to be about your 'good ol' friend Nick,' don't challenge my infraction, or I will inevitably respond to you.
