I see that a certain post was removed and a certain poster was banned for allegedly "leaking" a guide.

I also make a guide for sale. My "Everything on Runescape" guide is being sold. It deals with everything on Runescape, and I do mean every single thing that can be done on Runescape. My guide was published in January 2004, so any posts from 2004 on which deal with guides are leaks of my guide. Also, my guide is updated whenever anything new comes out or is changed, so it is current to everything on Runescape. For example, the Grand Exchange section of my guide was posted the day after the Grand Eschange began, so all posts on your forum that deal with Grand Exchange suggestions are leaks of my guide unless they were posted when mine was.

Since you remove posts and ban posters for leaking guides, I must now ask you to remove every post which offers a Runescape guide (free or for sale), as these are all leaks of my "Everything on Runescape" guide. In keeping with your ban policy, you should probably ban every poster who has ever made a guide, as well.

My guide deals with all skills, all forms of combat, all quests, power leveling, pins, credit cards, real world trading, all locations on runescape, all non player characters, all cites, and everything else associated with the game. Therefore, all posts dealing with these must also be deleted, since they are leaks of my guide.

Thank you for being consistent in your policies and applying them fairly to everybody. I'm sure that when I check back later that all of the offending posts will be gone.

I won't be back. My next stop, if everything isn't removed, as per your policies, will be your hosting provider and any appropriate authorities, since you are, after all, providing a medium for criminal and tort activities.

1.) We are not responsible for anything you post.

2.) By posting, you agreed to the terms and services, and rules of this site.

3.) If the guide was made by you, and posted by you, credit should be given to you, so there is no plagiarism involved, and no criminal activities.

4.) The management has the right to disable your account for any reason, without warning or reason. It was your choice to post anything you did, while knowing that your account can and may be disabled.

5.) I am certain that your guides and posts do not cover EVERY aspect of that game, and all details. People have the right to post guides similar to yours, there are no rules against that, and if they were, proper moderation would be put into effect...

6.) Don't try and be a smartass and throw threats around. The hosting provider will not worry about issues indirectly related to their ToS. Your accusations are invalid, because Jagex Ltd could make the same accusations for you, writing guides about their game.

7.) Have a wonderful day, sir.
